Andernach, 07 October 2025 – The SHD Group is taking an important step in its ongoing transformation: As of 6 October2025, the German companies SHD Einzelhandelssoftware GmbH, SHD Kreative Planungs-Systeme GmbH and gff Finanz- und Personalwirtschaftssysteme GmbH have been legally merged and will operate under the name SHD Solutions GmbH.
With the legal merger, SHD is continuing its strategy to develop the group into an integrated and connected technology partner with clear structures and a strong international focus. The goal is to sustainably strengthen innovation and competitiveness and to create the basis for even closer collaboration with customers and partners.
