KPS.MAX version 4.6 - Update now!

In the coming weeks, we will begin rolling out the new KPS.MAX Version 4.6 – initially for all customers without ERP integration. Customers with ERP integration will be informed separately. The rollout will take place in batches on a weekly basis. Please understand that your installation may not be included in the very first batch.

‍How to receive the update‍

As soon as the new version is available for you, you will be notified automatically via the KPS.MAX hub. There, you can conveniently install the update and immediately benefit from numerous new features and enhancements.

‍Important:

‍If you have not yet installed the recently released KPS.MAX hub update (Version 3.3.0), please do so as soon as possible. This version is a technical prerequisite to ensure that the update to KPS.MAX 4.6 runs smoothly.The key improvement: the KPS.MAX hub now ensures that the frontend is only updated once the backend has already been successfully brought up to date. This guarantees a stable and secure update process.

- Flexible discount control – including for manufacturer catalogues

‍Define precisely which items are eligible for discounts – even within manufacturer catalogues.

- Individual planability at item level

‍Manage or override the planability of individual items for more accurate project and resource planning.

- “Ready for Order” – identify items immediately ready to order

‍The new status clearly indicates which items can be ordered straight away.

- Integrate your own colours and materials

‍Expand your assortment with custom colours and materials, tailoring your offering even more precisely to your requirements.
