SHD impresses at EMMK Leipzig 2025

On 9 and 10 November 2025, EMMK hosted the fifth joint ordering fair at the Leipzig Trade Fair. In cooperation with its partners EMV/KSV and GARANT, EMMK is sending a clear signal for closer collaboration within the medium-sized furniture and kitchen industry.

With a strong presence, SHD Solutions GmbH presented itself as an innovative partner for the kitchen and furniture trade. The focus was on holistic software solutions that digitally connect planning, sales, and customer communication.

Rethinking digital kitchen planning – the KPS.MAX Suite at the centre

At the SHD exhibition stand, visitors were able to experience the full capabilities of the KPS.MAX Suite – the central platform for professional kitchen planning. From planning and visualisation through to project management, SHD demonstrated how digital processes can be efficiently interconnected and how seamless digital workflows from first contact to order entry can be implemented.

Particular focus was placed on the individual modules:

KPS.MAX web – the online planner that enables end customers to create kitchen designs from home. This generates qualified leads for kitchen retailers.

KPS.MAX protect – intelligent validation mechanisms that automatically detect planning errors, ensuring reliability and saving time.

KPS.MAX manage – aCRM/management solution offering insights into customer and sales data as well as key performance indicators in sales.

KPS.MAX vision – an immersive visualisation tool that enhances consultations through realistic 3D presentations, making them more emotional and tangible.

Newly introduced: hey.kitchen end-customer app

Another highlight was the presentation of hey.kitchen – the after-sales software directly connected to the SHD ERP system and KPS.MAX. The innovation: an end-customer app. With this, SHD opens up new avenues in digital customer communication and strengthens the link between retailers and consumers.

New product: SHD Connect – smart connectivity in the ERP environment

A major product innovation showcased was SHD Connect: a modern, cloud-compatible ERP solution specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized kitchen and furniture retailers. It enables a seamless data foundation and optimised processes – from the quotation phase through to installation.

Conclusion: SHD strengthens digital retail
